Band of Brothers

A while ago I got Band of Brothers on DVD and it has only been until now, when I have had some time, that I have watched. I should have watched it sooner. It is an amazing TV series and is really mind blowing some of the events that happened during the second World War. Watching it also makes me want to go to war, but not for the fighting and death or anything like that, far from it. I love  the tactics and strategies of war, the discipline that is shown and the amount of respect that most people had for each other there.

All I can really say is that you have to watch it to really know what I am talking about, but it is worth every second of it. If you have a chance to see this, don’t hesitate.

Underbelly

Over Saturday and Sunday I watched the entire series of Underbelly on DVD and was very impressed by it. It always seemed quite interesting and it proved me right. Although I do wonder on how much of it actually happened and to what extent. I don’t doubt that a lot of it did, but the whole thing that it is ‘based’ on a true story is what makes me wonder. So it could be exaggerated somewhat, or even a lot, or it could even be spot on, but who can be sure. Still, not a bad way to spend 10+ hours of the weekend. Well worth the time spent, and come highly recommended by me now. So if you haven’t seen it, try to, you won’t be disappointed.

Holidays!

So about midday on Friday I am on holidays for Christmas and don’t go back to the 2nd of January. Really looking forward to the break, should be good fun. So anyone out there wanna get up to some mischief then let’s do it. Take it sleazy y’all!

So here it is, my brand new blog. How fucking exciting hey? Well, considering all the crazy adventures I have been on lately it could have been exciting if I had bothered to do this sooner. But, I haven’t been, so it starts now. Deal with it, I know you can.
